New to the IAA 2016: The new MAN TGS series masters every task in building site and heavy-duty transport. This is ensured by the various possible combinations of wheel, engine and gearbox selection. For maximum traction performance, MAN also offers the lightweight MAN HydroDrive®, particularly ideal for mixed traffic, in addition to the selectable or permanent all-wheel drive. The new six-cylinder inline MAN D26 provides a distinct performance advantage: 20 HP additional power and a permanent torque increase of 200 Nm with less fuel consumption.

Sturdy, reliable, strong pulling power: As an all-rounder in heavy-duty and building site traffic, the new MAN TGS impresses with its enormous power, high payload and outstanding economy. With its various drive formulae, the 18 to 44 tonner masters every challenge. The MAN TGS is the prototype truck for all-wheel drive competence. Whether it’s with selectable, permanent all-wheel drive or the weight-saving MAN HydroDrive® – the MAN TGS is in the world top class when it comes to working off-road and in heavy-duty construction and public service applications.

The MAN TGS transports even the heaviest loads to their destination safely and on time – whether along asphalt roads or on unsurfaced gravel tracks. Its high-torque Common Rail engines provide the necessary dynamics. The new generation of the MAN TipMatic® automatic gear shift system alleviates the strain on the driver. Thanks to its impressive wheel, engine and gearbox combinations right up to 8×8 all-wheel-drive trucks, it can get just about anywhere. The new MAN TGM – The all-rounder among the heavyweights

man_tgmIAA 2016 innovations: The tried-and-tested engine design of the MAN TGM for building site and heavy-duty application is being updated. The new engine software, coolant and oil-level sensors as well as the sensor-controlled fan speed regulator make the MAN D08 engine even more reliable. The six-cylinder version with 340 HP also features an improved intercooler. It significantly reduces the thermal load on the cooling components and thus prevents premature wear.

It is the benchmark in medium heavy-duty transport. With tonnages between 13 and 26 tonnes and a first-class payload, the new MAN TGM provides economic transport solutions in construction industries.

With the redesigned, high-torque Euro 6 engines from 184 kW (250 HP) to 251 kW (340 HP) and axle configurations of 4×4 to 6×4, the new MAN TGM brings a high payload and efficient transport performance to the road and the building site. C and L cabs are available in addition to the crew cab.

IAA 2016 innovations: Improving on proven products is the motto of the new MAN TGL for building site and heavy-duty transport. This is why the tried-and-tested MAN D08 engine is being equipped with new software that automatically regulates the fan speed, and additional sensors control the coolant and oil level. For the six-cylinder with 250 HP, the optimised intercooler ensures a lower thermal load on the cooling components and therefore significantly less wear.

Powerful engines, robust chassis, high loading capacity. The new MAN TGL impresses with outstanding driving dynamics, good handling and optimum manoeuvrability. These characteristics allow it to tackle the daily challenges of the transport industry. The MAN TGL is a real all-rounder for use in municipalities, trade and industry.

The MAN TGL is equipped with the new, efficient Common Rail engines. The new version of the MAN TipMatic®gearbox is available upon request. This combination improves both economy and payload. With a tried-and-tested combination of exhaust-gas recirculation, SCR and diesel particle filter, the MAN TGL effortlessly meets the Euro 6 exhaust-gas standards. The exhaust-gas-treatment components have been used reliably in MAN trucks for several years.
